FRANK UCHE – VICE CHAIRMAN/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Uche is the Chief Executive Officer as well as the vice chairman of the company, who will lead the management team of the company. He will oversee the day to day running of the company. He will bring to bear his experiences as chief executive officer in a Gambian Company as well as a Nigerian Insurance company.

BARR. FANTIN AGWU – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (LEGAL/TECH.OPS)

Barr.Agwu is a seasoned Professional both of insurance and legal. His experience in the insurance industry spans over 20 years. While in the Underwriting House, he was involved in marketing, underwriting and Reinsurance. He left Industrial and General Insurance Plc to join Distinct Insurance Brokers Ltd as the Managing Director. Subsequently joined Millbank Insurance Brokers as Director-legal/Technical Operations.
Barr. Agwu has attended many management courses both within and outside Nigeria.

OLUFEMI AJAYI – GENERAL MANAGER MARKETING.

Mr. Ajayi holds a Diploma in Insurance from West African Insurance Institute, Banjul, The Gambia. A student member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute o Management. His experience span over 20 years in Insurance marketing and practice. He worked with some reputable companies such as Royal Exchange Assurance Plc and National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON).

OHAMUO CHIMEZIE – GENERAL MANAGER: REINSURANCE BROKING

Mr Ohamuo, holds a masters degree in Marketing from Lagos State University( LASU). He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria( ACIIN)
Mr. Ohamuo will be overseeing the Reinsurance Broking arm of the Company and co-ordinate all operations within and outside the country. His experience in Reinsurance span over 25 years. Before joining Millbank, he was Manager,Operations and Technical Services at Continental Reinsurance PLC. He has attended many leadership training courses at Lagos Business School and has also attended Reinsurance Technical Courses both within and outside Nigeria.
Mr Ohamuo wii bring  his wealth of experience garnered in Reinsurance underwriting and negotiation to bear in Millbank’s reinsurance broking division.

UCHE O. ANGELA  – HEAD: FINANCE/ ADMINISTRATION

Mrs. Uche holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from Lagos State University( LASU ) and a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN). A student Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN )
Mrs Uche is in charge of the Finance and Administration Unit of the Company. Before joining Millbank, she worked with First Bank Nigeria Plc and retired in 2011 as Senior Banking Officer. She has attended several courses both local and overseas. Her wealth of experience in Banking would be useful in the growth aspiration of Millbank Insurance Brokers.

OFFOR L.BENJAMIN- HEAD, COMPLIANCE & TECHNICAL OPERATIONS

Mr. Offor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Banking from University of Port-Harcourt Rivers State, a Master’s Degree in Management from University of Plymouth United Kingdom, Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Intercollege Larnaca, Cyprus. A student Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CII).  Mr Offor is in charge of compliance unit of the firm, effective and efficient management of underwriting and claims units of the firm, conducting and coordinating bidding activities, procurement monitoring and proper delivery of policy to client.  Prior to joining Millbank, he worked with Travelex Global & Financial Services Ltd as Sales Consultant, Citiserve Microfinance Bank as Branch Manager, Yaba Lagos. He also worked with Cedarcrest Orthopaedic Hospital Ltd as Business Manager, Ikeja Lagos. He has attended several courses in Anti-Money Laundering and Reporting of Financial Crimes.
